本プログラムは，名古屋大学大学院医学系研究科（総合保健学専攻）と延世大学（韓国）保健学部および延世看護大学との間で，大学院生を中心とする学術研究交流会を開催し，研究室の相互訪問を行うことで，国際交流を促進し，学生の研究意欲の向上ならびに国際的視野を養うことを目的とする．学術研究交流会は，2025年度は名古屋大学で開催され，双方の学生の英語での研究発表および延世大学生による名古屋大学の研究室訪問が行われる．この後，11月～2月にかけて名古屋大学の大学院生が韓国に渡航し、8日間にわたり延世大学の研究室を訪問する．名古屋大学および延世大学はともに世界屈指の研究力を目標とし，情報科学を保健医療分野に取り入れた研究を推進し，次世代の保健医療を担うための研究体制の構築を進めている．延世大学では医療専門領域の研究に情報科学を取り入れた教育研究体制を本学に先んじて推進しており先進的な研究を進めている．相互に近隣国であり，目標を同じくする大学間での学術交流は本学の大学院生にとって国際的研究と情報科学領域研究の推進の両面で大きな刺激となる．本プログラムの目標は，情報科学を取り入れた保健学領域での共同研究や共著論文の作成など協働して研究成果をあげる人材と人的つながりを深めることである．

本セミナーは、一線の基礎医学の研究を実践的に学ぶ場として、平成３年度に開設
された。３年次後半に行われる本学の研究医養成において中心となるカリキュラム
となっている。学生は基礎系あるいは社会医学系研究室に所属し、半年
間の研究生活を送るとともに、セミナー修了後に開かれる研究発表会において、全

本プログラムでは、参加学生を NC State online Moodle course system に登録し、事前アンケートにより学生のレベルや学問的関心を把握した上で、週1回のオンライン講義を実施する。本講座は、専門的な研究知見やアイデアを効果的に伝えるスキルを学び、実践的に訓練することを目的とし、テクニカルコミュニケーション、提案書作成、オーラルコミュニケーション、プレゼンテーションなどを扱う。授業は講義、ワークショップ、ディスカッション、課題への個別フィードバックを組み合わせて行われ、参加者は2つのグループに分かれてライブセッションに参加する。プログラム終了後には電子修了証が発行され、学生の成果は名古屋大学と共有される。

NUGELPのグローバル研究インターンシップ（GRI）に参加する学生は全て、２種類の提案書（Initial Proposal / Detailed Proposal）と最終報告書（Final Report）のプロセスに従い、計画、実行、評価のプロセスを行うことで、リーダー育成に必要とされる学生の計画力、実行力を高めるとともに、全て英語での作成を義務化することで語学力の向上も促し、これらを全てクリアすることを達成目標としている。

本プログラムは、台湾の国立中興大学（NCHU）が主催し、2026年2月25日から3月8日の約2週間にわたり、筑波大学生命環境学群の2年生と合同で実施される短期海外研修である。日本が冬期にあたるこの時期に、台湾の温暖な気候環境を活かし、フィールドワークを中心とした実践的な実習を行う。
主な活動として、スマート野菜工場（CEA）、有機食用バラ生産、熱帯果樹栽培など、台湾独自の革新的な農業現場を視察する。プログラムの目的は、これら最先端の技術や生産システムに関する知識を習得することに加え、日本とは異なる環境下での農業課題を通じて気候変動適応への視野を広げることにある。
また、両大学の学生が議論や交流を行うことで、専門分野における英語コミュニケーション能力の向上と、多角的な視点の獲得を目指す。最終的な達成目標は、台湾のスマート農業や栽培技術の現状を論理的に説明できる知識レベルへの到達、および将来の国際共同研究やキャリア形成に資するグローバルな人的ネットワークの構築である。
